COLLEGE PREP AT LZ360

HIGHER ACT = MORE MONEY FOR COLLEGE

The evidence is clear, every point of improvement in ACT scores equals $2,000 in lower tuition costs. A student-athlete who maximizes their ACT/SAT performance could gain tens of thousands of dollars in academic scholarship. At LZ360, we want to do our part in helping ensure that outcome.

A CONVENIENT ONE-STOP SOLUTION

Whether your athlete trains with us or their sibling does, you can't beat the convenience of academic and sports training under the same roof. Our ACT/SAT prep sessions are only 30 minutes each. So you can have your player get a full sports training session and academic prep session in under 2 hours - with no additional drive time.

REQUEST YOUR COMPLIMENTARY TEACHER MEETING

Our teachers have extensive experience in analyzing student focus as it aligns to time and task.  They believe that academic gain happens when students learn to incorporate academic language into all facets of their lives.  Short sessions of study, based on word usage and mindfulness training, become habit forming  and can enrich academic potential.  As language becomes naturally elevated, students can more clearly analyze and answer the questions on ACT and SAT tests.

The best way to evaluate our program is to meet with the teacher and your student for a complimentary review. During the session, the teacher will look to recognize your student's current level, understand your aspirations and collegiate desires and talk about how the program works. If at the end of that session both you and your student feel there's a good fit, you can enroll in the program.

GREAT TEACHERS WITH PROVEN RESULTS

Just like we hand select and screen each coach who works with players on the field and courts, we select outstanding teachers with decades of experience at top local schools.

Kathy Phillips heads up the academics program at LZ360. In addition to teaching English and Speech Communication for 35 years with High School District 211 at Hoffman Estates High School, she was head coach of the Speech competitions.

THE OPPOSITE OF "TEST PREP FARMS"

You've heard of the big name test prep brands out there - and they overcharge for sub-standard service. Talk to them first and then compare what you get at LZ360. There, you'll get six (6) 2-hour sessions that are entirely too long for your student's attention span. At LZ360, you get twenty four (24) high-impact, 30-minute sessions aimed at getting results. Most importantly, your student will be working with excellent teachers with high pedigree unlike the "farms" where you're dealing with a college student or amateur teacher at best.

SUBSIDIZED PRICING FOR LZ360 ATHLETES

Since academic excellence is something we value, we invest in our athletes to ensure they get the best training for the best value. We subsidize the cost of this programming to ensure it is accessible to as many families as possible. When you compare the fee other test prep programs charge ($1,100 - $1,400) you'll be pleased to know that our program is just $975.

LZ360 athletes-in-residence get an additional $200 off the program. (LZ360 athletes-in-residence are enrolled in a travel sports program operated by LZ360).
