During our training sessions, we will be focused on each player's strengths and weaknesses. Our trainings are designed with high intensity repetitions centered around our overall curriculum. Each training session builds on the previous. Training sessions are for players striving to get BETTER in the gym.
Designed and operated for small groups of 8 players or less. Each intense training session will be executed with each player's overall basketball development as the main focus.
Hosted on Sunday evenings on a regular basis throughout the year, our Sunday night training is coached by our BEST coaches.
