WE BUILD MULTI-SPORT ATHLETES...
The experts agree that multi-sport athletics is better for youth:
- Better development of motor functions (small and large motor skills)
- Better hand-eye-foot co-ordination
- Lower risk of injury - and the prevention of chronic, sport-specific injury
Lifezone Sports Academy (LZSA) starts athletes as young as 3 years old in our cubbies multi sport program.
As players enter the 5-8 year old age group, they have the choice of picking a sport they already love - or move within our Pre-Academy program from sport to sport.
Integrated into the entire experience is lifezone human performance and Parisi Speed School - where the fundamentals of movement, agility, strength and speed are developed in each player.
IN A WORLD-CLASS FACILITY...
Just step into the LZ360 space and you'll feel and see the difference immediately. The environment is clean, sophisticated and well equipped. You'll have to drive to downtown Chicago to find anything close in fit and finish to the LZ360 facility experience.
WITH TOP SHELF COACHES WITH HEART.
There's a saying amongst top coaches and trainers that goes "any trainer can smoke an athlete". The unsafe and unsophisticated development in today's youth sports and adult fitness environments is rampant. Trainers stuck in decades-old mindsets are hurting athletes everywhere. Our clinical staff sees those patients every day for post-injury and post-surgery rehab.
At LZ360, we have a training philosophy that is radically different. It's called train with heart™.
To train with heart™ does not mean to pamper or teach with weakness. It means first and foremost to commit to do no harm - and goes on to commit to a relentless pursuit of our coach's creed.
